- Please note that furniture items are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- For damaged or faulty furniture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may require photos or other evidence to assess the issue before offering a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Furniture (unless damaged or faulty)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Personalised items, opened perishables, and certain hygienic products cannot be returned.
